Calendar and Crime Reports Automated
The Calendar section will return in the next issue of the Voice. Both the Calendar and the Crime Report sections are being automated.
The present form of the Crime Report is generated from data extracted from the computer system at the Sheriff's District 3 Service Center. In the next few weeks both the format on page 6 and a new computer readable format sorted by neighborhood watch area will be part of the internet version of the Voice.
The Calendar will start appearing on the internet version of the Voice in May and will be used to generate the print form of the Calendar scheduled to appear in the next print issue of the Voice in June.
